Manage the day-to-day activities of the Call Centre
Assist to lead and manage a team of service desk agent , ensuring all technical queries from various sources are fulfilled within performance and service targets
Provide service performance and other management reports
Continuous improvement on the processes in the operation
Ensured compliance by conducting random checks, rectifying deficiencies found and implementing approved procedures
Location: Jurong East
Diploma or Degree of any IT equivalent 
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Good communication skills and passionate in IT role
